How do I clean my artwork?
Depending on the artwork, LONDON will provide instructions on how to take good care of it. Usually, a dry microfiber cloth will do the job just right.
What are LONDON artworks made from?
LONDON use only high-quality materials. Her mediums are both new and recycled paints, various objects she find like sand, branches and leaves as well as handmade tools and other sustainable materials. A list is provided with every artworks on the certificate of authenticity.
Will my LONDON last?
That’s the promise. LONDON’s are built to last. They may look beautiful but Janet’s artworks are solid. She use innovation to do better. Her artworks are made of ultra tough materials to ensure they are built to last. If it’s not great enough LONDON will replace it with no questions asked.
Are LONDON cruelty-free?
At LONDON this one of the most important pillars. It’s really important to Janet that no animals are harmed during the making of her artworks. LONDON are indeed cruelty-free.
How does the sizing work?
All of the measurements on the website are in inches. In case a frame is included, additionnal informations according to dimensions will be provided.
How do I return or exchange an artwork?
Please click here to do a return or exchange. LONDON accept a return or exchange on all intact artworks with the original packaging within 30 days of your order. She will issue a refund to the original form of payment once the order is received. If there are any issues please email info@janetlondon.ca
How long does a refund or exchange take to process?
Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
Can I return an order that was a gift?
Yes you can. Please follow the standard returns process.
Do you ship internationally?
LONDON currently ship to most countries around the world. The full selection will be available when entering your address at checkout. At this time, she does not offer free return shipping on international orders, but will refund your order on receipt of your artwork(s).

The different shipping options will be available for you to select dependent on the country you are shipping your order to.
When will my order ship?
Orders received will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will ship on Monday, barring any national holidays.
