Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

You will receive an email with your order confirmation shortly after placing your order.

I print all of my reproductions on demand to assure excellent quality, reduce waste, and practice environmental responsibility. Print orders are therefore processed and dispatched after 3 to 4 business days.

I send you an email to let you know when your item has been packaged and has left my warehouse, along with the tracking number. Please be aware that once your transaction has been processed, I am unable to alter, cancel, or redirect it to a different address.

Your order is dispatched following order processing. It will get to you in around 2-4 business days.

For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military posts, and the Virgin Islands, please allow an additional 2 to 3 business days. At busy times, shipping times cannot be guaranteed.

Keep in mind that I provide free shipping on all purchases above $200.

International orders

International orders are dispatched, and delivery typically takes 7 to 12 business days. Of course, delays for international orders can differ from country to country.

Keep in mind that you are accountable for paying all fees and taxes assessed to you at delivery. Unfortunately, because these costs vary by country, I am unable to provide an estimate of the tariffs, taxes, and customs fees.

Please be aware that you will be liable for the shipping costs incurred if your item is rejected at customs. The package will be returned to me and you will be charged a shipping and handling fee of $25 if your order is returned to me because you failed to pick it up at the carrier’s office or the post office.

Returns

My 30-day return policy applies. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to provide you a refund after this time frame. Please be aware that I charge a return fee that includes the cost of mailing the item back to me but that you won’t have to pay anything additional because the money will be taken right out of your refund.

Your item must be new, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it must be in its original packing. Please send me an email at support@janetlondon.ca to let me know so I can process your return. I will need a receipt or proof of purchase that includes your name, your email address, the order number, the item numbers that are being returned, and the reason for your return. I will provide you a return slip that has already been stamped; all you have to do is attach it to your carefully packaged item and drop it off at one of the partners I list on the slip.

There are certain situations where refunds are not possible:

  • In the event that an item is not as described or is damaged for reasons other than my error, do get in touch with me right away and provide me with images of the damages.

  • Any items returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Anything bought on final sale 

Refunds

I will send you an email to let you know that I have received your returned item after it has been received and examined. The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by me.

Once your refund has been processed, your credit card or original mode of payment will immediately be charged the amount of the returned goods, minus the return fee. This happens only if you are accepted for a refund. Please be aware that the initial shipping charges are not refundable.

Late or missing refunds

First, double-check your bank account if you haven’t already received a refund. Then, get in touch with your credit card provider because it could take some time before your refund is officially posted. Call your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is typically some processing time. Please email me at support@janetlondon.ca if you’ve done all of this and still have not gotten your refund.

Sale items

Unfortunately, only regular-priced items may be returned; sale items are not eligible.

Exchanges

I don’t currently have a direct exchange method set up. If you decide you need to exchange the item for another, you can do so by asking to return the original item for a full refund and placing a new order, or you can get in touch with me and I’ll be pleased to assist.
