About my products

For my prints, I use frames from Michaels®. The frames are made of plastic and come with a protective glass.

No. Frames are not included with artworks unless mentioned in the description. If you wish to get frames with your artworks, you can buy them separately.

I use only museum-quality Epson® Velvet Fine Art Paper. The paper is 100% cotton rag, buffered and acid free, this paper is coated with Epson® popular Enhanced Matte coating, giving exceptional colour gamut and high D-Max.

At the moment, I use a professional quality Epson® EcoTank ET-8550. It use high-quality archival ink and prints fully borderless museum-quality prints. I also love it because it’s great for the environment as it comes with refillable ink cartridges.

No. I don’t currently offer any custom services. The sizes and styles mentioned on the product pages for my originals and reproductions are the only ones available. However, if you’d like a specific style or format that I don’t hold, feel free to get in touch with me with your suggestions!

Depending on the artwork, I will provide instructions on how to take good care of it. Usually, a dry microfiber cloth will do the job just right.

The process is slightly different for original artworks and reproductions.

For originals:

First, use nails or screws (and possibly a wall anchor to prevent the screws from loosening) and install them in the appropriate spot on the wall. Most of my originals have two hangers on the back to make sure the artwork stays straight so make sure you hanging devices are leveled. Then, mount the artwork and voilà, it’s done!

For reproductions:

If you did not buy a frame along with your print, you will need one. You will also need support devices to hang it. Just like my original, I recommend a simple nail or screw and, depending on the wall, you may also need a plastic anchor to keep the screws from loosening over time. To place the framed prints on your wall, simply drill screws or hammer nails on the areas of your wall where frames will be displayed and easily hang frames using the small slot at the back. You can hang frames vertically as well as horizontally.

Payment

If your discount code is not working, it might be because:

  • You misspelled the code. In this case, please verify the spelling. If it doesn’t work, send me a screenshot of your cart with the discount code used.
  • You are trying to use 2 discount codes on the same order. Unfortunately, I have a limit of 1 discount code per order.
  • You are using a discount code that expired. Discount code dates are displayed in Montreal Local time, if you are outside this time zone and the code expired, you may get in touch with me here for assistance.
  • You do not meet the requirements. Some of my codes require the subtotal to reach a certain amount in order to be applied. Please verify the requirements of the discount you are trying to use before reaching out to me.

If you encounter the aforementioned issues, please get in touch. I will happily help you and add the discount code manually. Once I have refunded you a % of your order, the amount refunded will be available within 3-5 business days.

Prices will appear in the currency matching your location between Canadian Dollars, US dollars, and Euros.

Once you’re ready to checkout, simply enter the code mentioned on your gift card in the “Gift Card Number” line.

You can purchase a gift card from CAD $50 to CAD $1000 here. You, or the one you are gifting it to, will receive the gift card number by email after you bought it and the transaction is completed.

Claims / Returns

Processing a refund can take 3-5 business days. After this period, if you still have not received your refund, carefully review the billing information on the card or other payment method used to make the purchase. You may get in touch with me or the bank or business that is connected to your card or payment method directly.

3 to 5 business days after the refund request, the refund will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. A confirmation email will arrive shortly after your refund has been handled.

If a product arrived damaged / defective, please reach with me at support@janetlondon.ca with pictures and I will guide you through the rest of the process.

You may discard a broken item that you’ve received. You won’t be asked to send the item back.

Please get in touch with me with images in JPEG, JPG, or PNG format that indicate the damage. I’ll make it up to you, I promise.

Unfortunately, I don’t provide product exchanges. Get in touch with me if you want to return something. You can place a new order after your item has been returned.

Canadian returns:

Items must be unused and in the same state as when you received them in order to be eligible for a return. Get in touch with me at support@janetlondon.ca and I will provide you a return label that you will need to use to attach to the original packaging. You will then have to deliver the package to the shipping company listed on the label. Finally, 5 to 10 business days after I get the package, I will complete your reimbursement. Your refund will be reduced by the $10 return charge.

Outside of Canada returns:

Items must be unused and in the same state as when you received them in order to be eligible for a return. Please get in touch with me to find out what comes next.

The return cost for items coming from Canada is CAD $10.

Please get in touch with me if you want to return something and you’re from outside of Canada.

Delivery / Shipping

Shipping for orders over $200 is free, in Canada orders are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

If your order total is below $200, the shipping cost will be calculated on the cart / checkout page.

For my US customers, depending on your order, it may be subject to customs and duty fees. I do not have any responsibilities for these additional charges, please find more information here.

I ship the orders from my art studio in Drummondville, Quebec, Canada. The shipping delays increase proportionally with the distance from my studio and your shipping address.

For instance, a package can be delivered in as little as one day if you’re located in Montreal but could take up to 10 business days if you’re located in California.

The accurate delivery delays should be mentioned at checkout right after entering your shipping address.

I use Canada Post to ship your packages. Your order’s tracking number will be included in the shipment notification you will receive once your order has shipped.

Your package will be returned to sender* if you fail to pick it up, and a handling fee of $15 will then be applied.

*With the exception of international orders.

Please use the tracking number I supplied you in the shipping notification to find out more about the status of your shipment if you haven’t received your order and it has past my usual shipping delay. Contact me if you haven’t received one or if there’s no information.

Orders

It’s likely that your order was split into two parcels for better product care. If a second package has been allocated to your tracking number, locate it. Then you can get in touch with me. I’ll be able to know if there’s another package coming. If there was a problem with your order, I’d also let you know about it and take care of it.

A confirmation email is automatically sent to the specified email address once an order has been processed. It should include a summary of your purchase as well as your order number.

Please get in touch with me so that I can investigate if you didn’t receive an email confirmation.

There are two options if you did not receive an order confirmation:

  • Your order was never processed.
  • Your email address was typed incorrectly.

In any event, if you get in touch with me with as much information as you can, I’ll either confirm that you didn’t place the order or I’ll correct your email address.

I’ll automatically send you an email after I’ve sent your order. You may find your tracking number and link in this email. The link can be clicked to find your order. To see where each package is, be sure to scroll to the bottom of the page.


Your order is still being prepared for shipping if you haven’t yet received a notification of shipment.

If your order hasn’t been prepared for shipping or processing when you decide to cancel it, I’ll just issue a refund. However, if you have already received it, you must return your goods. After making the payment, you have 30 days to return your order.

Refund processing typically takes 3 to 5 business days.

Once the payment has been made, I can’t actually modify an order in any way. However, if your order hasn’t been finalised yet, I can cancel it for you.

Please get in touch with me if you need to change your order and I will let you know if it’s possible to cancel it.

If you believe that any of the following information was entered incorrectly, please send me an email with your order number and the updated details.

If I’ve already processed your order, I won’t be able to modify your mailing address. To inform the transporter of the address change, you must get in touch with them. Any additional costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
